Returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in their original condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.

To arrange a return, please contact houseofvilani@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.

Please note that, unless your item is faulty or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

90-Day Fit Guarantee

Finding the perfect fit when shopping online isn’t always easy.

If your ring isn’t the right size, we’ll exchange it for another size within 90 days of delivery, subject to availability, provided the ring is returned in excellent condition with its original packaging.

Please contact us before returning your ring so we can help arrange your size exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at houseofvilani@outlook.com.

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as VILANI cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
