Returns

You may return unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in their original condition, complete with all original packaging.

To request a return, please contact houseofvilani@outlook.com with your order number.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we're happy to exchange your ring, subject to availability. Contact us before returning your item so we can assist with the exchange process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@vilani.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
